Lime Cosmopolitan Martini

This tart island adaptation of the Cosmo

Ingredients

4 ounces Charbay Key Lime vodka
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1 ounce club soda
Lime cocktail candy rim sugar

The mix

Add your vodka and lime juice to a shaker 3/4 full of ice and shake for a full minute
Strain your mix into 2 freezing martini glasses - rimmed with Lime flavored sugar
Top each glass with 1/2 of your club soda
Sip and enjoy a cool breeze
