Important shipping dates for Christmas

Please Note :: The shipping dates below are suggested dates provided by UPS and USPS.

Please note that our turnaround from time of placing your order until shipping is 48 to 72 hours--although many packages ship sooner. We encourage you to order early and avoid the rush!

 
 

UPS

  • December 15th is the last recommended day for UPS Ground shipping for Christmas delivery.
  • December 17th is the last recommended day for UPS 3-Day Select for Christmas delivery.
  • December 19th is the last recommended day for UPS 2-Day Select for Christmas delivery.
  • December 22nd is the last recommended day for UPS Next Day for Christmas delivery.

USPS

  • December 20th is the last recommended day for USPS Priority service for Christmas delivery.
  • December 22nd is the last recommended day for USPS Express service for Christmas delivery.

Important information: During checkout, we'd suggest that you provide us with an email address and set up a password so that we can update you on the status of your order and provide you with your tracking number if applicable.

 
  Don't forget the gift card!  
  If you've selected gift wrapping for any of your items, please add a comment during checkout of what you would like us to write on the gift card. We'll select a very swanky gift card to send with your package.  
  Your invoice  
  When we ship to an address that is different than the billing address and the recipients name is not the purchaser, we always mail the purchase receipt to the billing address.

We've added a checkbox in our checkout for you to specify that a part of your order includes a holiday gift. Any gifts purchased for the 2008 Holiday season (from 10/12/2008 through 12/25/2008) will fall under our Holiday return policy...

Qualifying gifts returned by 1/12/2009 will be refunded in full*. Items must be returned in "new & resaleable" condition.

*Refunds in full include the full item price - we do not refund shipping charges. If the item was shipped with a zero shipping charge, the refunded amount will be discounted for the dollar amount of shipping as calculated by the shipping method.

I just placed an order, what happens next? How long will it take to ship my order?

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our packing facility for processing. You will receive email updates as your order moves through our processing facility and again once your fabulous order is shipped. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible! We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Although many orders ship within 24 hours, depending on the number of orders we receive...Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing prior to shipping. We do not charge your credit card until just prior to shipping.

I'm nervous about shopping online. Is your site secure?

MartiniArt.com has been offering the best selection of martini glasses, martini related gifts, martini art and martini goodies for over 11 years through our ecommerce website! Our site meets the highest standards of security and CISP compliance. In our offices and processing facilities also follow a stringent list of self imposed security protocols. Your information is absolutely safe! We have never and will never sell your information to anyone...period. We also do not send spam! Every email you receive from us is directly related to your order. We do offer a monthly newsletter (and it's very fun), but you'll have to sign up for it - and you'll have to confirm via a return email that you actually did sign up for it. In addition, we have to mention that there are actual, live, real people on this end of the computer! We love what we do, we appreciate your business, and we strive to bring you the best martini related items on the planet.

Ugh, my stuff arrived broken. What do I do?

Not to fear, we've never left a customer dissapointed yet - and we've been doing this a very long time. Here is what you'll need to do:

  • Contact us using our contact form and provide complete details of the issue.
  • We'll get back to you with instructions & a resolution.
  • You'll likely have to hold on to the broken items while we file a claim with the shipper.
  • All items we ship are carefully packed and in pristine condition at the time of shipping - we've shipped over 1 million glass items - we are experts at packing this stuff.

Do you take phone orders?

We've chosen not to take telephone orders at this time. Ordering through our website is as secure as it gets! Only accepting orders through martiniart.com also keeps our prices down.

Which shipping method should I choose?

That's really your choice! We proudly offer shipping with USPS and UPS. For both USPS and UPS, we offer a variety of shipping choices based upon how quickly you need to receive your order. Orders of $75 or more shipping within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping; you'll just need to select the "free shipping option" at checkout if you qualify.

Holiday shipping info you need to know!

>>We sometimes receive comments on orders requesting to "leave order on porch" or "no signature required." We will make sure that we provide these instructions with the shipper you choose, but please be aware that we cannot ensure that the shipper will follow the direction...this is up to the individual delivery driver. Also note that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or missing packages when meeting this type of special request.

>>Major storms and weather events can cause unavoidable delays in transit times.

>>Regardless of shipping method, we are recommending orders be placed by 4pm EST 12/16/2008 for Christmas delivery. Please remember to allow 2 to 3 days for processing prior to shipping.

Shipping via UPS

You can always check the UPS website for a time in transit estimate from us to you! You can also check shipping cost from your shopping cart. Here are some fast UPS facts to be aware of:

  • UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday
  • UPS normally does not consider the date of package pickup as a "transit" day
  • UPS orders (regardless of service class) are trackable!

Shipping via USPS

You can check delivery confirmation on all USPS Priority orders at the USPS website. You can also check the site prior to purchasing for a time in transit estimate. Here are some fast USPS facts to be aware of:

  • USPS does deliver on Saturdays and some classes of service deliver on Sunday
  • Most USPS deliveries are not trackable, but do offer confirmation of delivery
