What methods of payment does Martini Recipes & Glasses accept? |

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We are exploring the possiblity of accepting e-checks at some time in the future. Please note that all prices on our products are in U.S. currency. All international orders are processed in U.S. currency.

What methods of shipment does Martini Recipes & Glasses use? |

We ship domestically with the United States Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS) to offer our customers a wide range of quality choices. We pack our merchandise very carefully, but if you are purchasing any glass items, we suggest not using USPS Parcel.
International orders are shipped using USPS Global Express service.
Occasionally and only under special circumstances, we reserve the right to switch the method of shipping to accomodate overnight or urgent shipping.
Please note:
- USPS Express service is able to deliver on weekends to most locations, and offers a good value.
- UPS Next Day Air offers overnight service that delivers on Saturday.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver offers overnight service but does not deliver on weekends.

Do you ship internationally? |

Yes. Martini Recipes & Glasses is proud to accept international orders from countries on our approved list! We ship all international orders via USPS Global Express service. Please note that all prices on our web site are in U.S. currency. Please refer to a currency converter to determine the actual cost in your native currency. Also, note that all tariffs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of our customers.

How long will it take to receive my order? |

Orders are normally processed, packed and shipped within 2 to 3business days. Please note that weekends can add additional time for the shipping of an order. You can always log in and see the status of your order as it moves through our process as long as you've provided your email address and created a password at the time of checkout.
We understand that you want your purchase, and we want to get it to you quickly. We process orders in order in which they are received and work diligently to complete our processing as quickly as possible. We work very hard to be prompt and accurate--and we treat every order with care and respect.
If an order is placed with a premium shipping selection such as Express or 2nd Day Air, we will make every effort to expidite your order, but ask that you please understand that our processing time still applies.

What is your return policy? |

Due to the nature of our product, we've decided to handle returns on a case by case basis. To date, we've never had an unhappy customer. If you have an item that isn't to your liking, please visit our contact page and give us the details. We will happily accept our merchandise for return within 10 days of receipt, and in new/resellable condition for a refund (minus original shipping costs).

We make every effort to provide an accurate & comprehensive description of our products and pricing. We reserve the right to ammend, update, change or correct descriptions & pricing at any time due to errors, omissions or mistakes -- whether due to human, electronic or mechanical error.

Do you offer wholesale prices or quantity discounts? |

Unfortunately, we are retail only. We do not offer any wholesale price list.
We do offer the opportunity for discounts on very large orders. We've happily, at various times, provided large quantity discounts for martini bars, weddings, and many social events. If you'd like to discuss a large order, or would like to find an item that we dont currently stock, please give us the details using the contact form.

Is my personal and payment information secure? |

Your personal information is safe and secure. We process orders on a state of the art 128-bit SSL server certified by Geotrust. We will never share, sell or provide your information to any third party. We hate spam too, and we will never add you to any mailing lists. You are more than welcome to sign up for our very occasional and very cool newsletter, but you must specifically sign up to receive it. Learn more about our privacy policy.
In addition, we have conducted and passed an independent audit for new CISP Visa/Mastercard security compliance to ensure the highest levels of data handling security.

Can I order by telephone? |

For the security of our customers, we've chosen not to accept phone orders at this time. The secure payment gateway that we use on our website provides state of the art security and confirms billing information prior to completing the transaction. Are you a real company? |

Yes we are a real company! MartiniArt LLC is organized as a company operating in the state of Michigan since 2001. We have been operating on the web since 1996, and with this web site in 1999.
Prior to forming MartiniArt LLC, we owned and operated an s-corporation in Illinois. While in Illinois, we owned and operated a funky, upscale gallery.
Yes, we are indeed a real company, and everyone at MartiniArt LLC has a long history of retail customer service experience.

I tried to add an item to my cart and it said that the quantity was not available? |

We make every effort to ensure that we stock an ample quantity of the martini products that we sell. At times though, as product sells down, you may find that we have very few of an item left in our inventory. We will often reorder a product if it is available. There are times though that we have decided to move out of a product and not pursue a reorder for various reasons.
If you see the item featured on a product page, we do have at least one in stock. On the rare occassion that a very popular item is backordered, we will note the expected arrival date in the product description. We do not drop-ship from 3rd party companies; we own and stock every item that you find on our site. We believe that this is the best way to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you are interested in a quantity of an item and find that we do not have that quantity available, please send us an email, and we'll see what we can do!

Do you recycle? |

Yes we do recycle. When possible, we reuse shipping material to cut down costs and keep trees up. When appropriate, we also use recycled packing peanuts, newspaper, and bubble wrap.
In our offices, we also recycle and conserve!

Who makes all those martini recipes? |
|

Jerry the "MartiniGuy" runs our mission critical martini laboratory. When you see a recipe on our site, it has been mixed, remixed, edited and sampled a bunch of different ways. Every recipe gets the MartiniGuy seal of approval before it's made available to the world for viewing.
Our mission critical martini laboratory is a well stocked, and super secret research facility. Perhaps if there is enough interest, we'll consider posting some pictures--but we'll never reveal the actual location.

Can I use your recipes on my website |

Nope, not without express written approval of the powers that be at MartiniArt LLC. In fact, every recipe, all of the content and our pictures and graphics are protected by copyright law. Hijacking anything from our web site is illegal, and you bet your sweet bippy that #1 we'll find out, and #2 we'll have our attorneys contact you.
If you want to use or reprint some info from our web site, please take a moment and contact us first. It's the right thing to do.
