 We respectfully provide a martini tribute to some of most talented and glamorous of Hollywood's golden era. The martini and martini cocktail will always remain a steadfast symbol of cultured entertaining. With that thought in mind, we present our own version and vision of some wonderful martinis that would likely have been loved by some of the finest entertainers that we love so much.

 This is one classy dish!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of white rum
- 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce coconut creme
- 1 thin slice of star fruit
The mix
- Add the vanilla vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker 1/2 full of cracked ice and gracefully shake for a full minute
- Add the rum and let stand for another minute
- Strain into a freezing martini glass
- Drizzle in the coconut creme
- Float the star fruit atop the martini
- Enjoy...you look fabulous!

 Ingredients
- 2 dashes of sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Calvados apple brandy
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated apple
- 1 curl of apple peel
The mix
- Add the brandy and rum to a shaker 1/2 full of cracked ice and shake vigorously
- Add the grated apple to the bottom of a freezing martini glass
- Strain the martini cocktail into the glass and drizzle in the sweet vermouth
- Top with the apple peel
- Enjoy it you swanky thing you!
