Pomegranate Cosmopolitan Luxe

Every time we start shaking up these fabulous Cosmos, we know that we'll have to keep stuck behind the bar for a while - they are a favorite. We've been very specific with ingredients, but feel free to experiment with different brands...we just love using the ones in the recipe below.

Ingredients

• 3 ounces of freezing Absolut Ruby Red vodka
• 1 ounce of Pom pomegranate juice
• 1 ounce of Naked orange juice
• 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice
• 1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1 long, thin lemon zest - approximately 3 inches
• 1 long, thin orange zest - approximately 3 inches

The mix

• Add your vodka, pomegranate juice and orange juice (Naked & fresh squeezed) into a shaker 3/4 full of cracked ice
• Shake like mad for a full minute and let stand while you prep your glass
• Twist your zests together over a well chilled martini glass, rub them around the glass and drop them in
• Add your lemon juice to the glass
• Strain the contents of your shaker into the glass
• Sip and enjoy a fantastic cocktail
