Pomegranate Martinis are delicious & unique... |
|
| |
Our pomegranate martini recipes offer some delightful variations for your cocktailing pleasure.
A pomegranate is a popular, exotic fruit whose origins are from Asia & the Middle East. The pom is also known as the "granada" and "Chinese apple." The name pomegranate is also frequently misspelled as: pomagranate, pomigranite & pomagranite.
The pomegranate features a hard red outer skin, very unusual interior flesh and small, edible seeds that yield a delicious bit of tart juice. Pomegranate juice is an amazing, healthful ingredient for many martini concoctions - it adds flavor, color and an exotic twist.
You'll notice that many of our recipes specify the brand of ingredients - we always suggest what we find to work best, but feel free to substitute as needed. Remember that experimentation is half of the fun.
