We'll contact you with an authorization number & instructions for returning the item(s). Please do not send a return prior to receiving an authorization number.

Because we only like surprises when they are wrapped with a bow, we ask that you please take a moment to read the brief details of our return and shipping policies. We'll be happy to accept our merchandise for return in new and resellable condition within 10 days of product receipt.

If you need to return an item, please fill out the form below. Please provide your order number and details. We'll issue you a return authorization number prior to shipping back the item. We cannot accept returns without an authorization number. We do not charge any restocking fees, but original shipping charges will not be refunded. If an item was was originally shipped with the "free shipping" option, the fair value of shipping will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours of the time that we receive your order. Please note that transit times for shipping can vary depending on your choice of shipping method. We will do our best to expidite orders placed with Express or Overnight shipping, but please understand that our normal processing time will usually apply.

Signature Required or Not?

Orders shipped with many premium services such as overnight delivery or USPS Express require a signature upon delivery by default.

If you are specifying a premium shipping service and wish to have the delivery signature waived, please let us know in the comments section of your order.
